After wondering if being successful in low margin online sales was still even possible, I created a retail sales business and did my best to automate it.

A startup Australian Pie business based in Ukraine!  The only position description was "The Guy that had to make it happen"

All servers, management software, business processes, etc were all created from scratch, there was no "out of the box software' in those days!

I was lucky enough to be the first employee of a an amazing, and ultimately successful startup.  I did everything from data centre builds to painting walls

An initiative of the Ipswich City Council and Bendigo bank, I was part of the team keeping the internet specific elements running, plus reporting to the board each month.
